The company's production plant covers an area of more than 40000 square meters, including blanking, machining, welding, shot blasting, coating and other workshops. The company has perfect means of production, testing and detecting, has a large number of advanced processing equipments such as imported CNC cutting machines, CNC machining centers and welding robots, and has structural member testing equipment such as working device fatigue tester, UT ultrasonic and MT magnetic particle flaw detector, which realizes the automation of processing and welding and ensures the processing quality of key parts. The industry-leading through shot blasting line and coating line, various detailed and easy to understand operation instructions and hydraulic control tooling fixtures ensure the standardized production of products, so that the company has the manufacturing capacity of 1.8t-125t full series structural parts, with an annual production capacity of 50000 pieces. At present, the construction of phase II plant of structural parts has been completed, with a plant area of more than 20000 square meters and a design capacity of about 30000 pieces.
